Role-based security and privacy training

Implementation steps

  1. Define a training matrix mapping each role to required security training topics and frequency
  2. Deliver role-specific training through workshops, vendor training, or instructor-led sessions; collect signed acknowledgements
  3. Maintain a training calendar ensuring new personnel complete role-based training before access provisioning
  4. Review and update the training matrix and content annually or when roles, systems, or threats change
